Thanks everyone! This new saddle is waaaaay better for me over fences. The old one made my leg completely useless and I had to fight with it constantly. With this one I can concentrate on the horse and not worry so much about falling on my face :) Win win!
There were very strong winds outside, so while I warmed her up on the lunge and rode her on the flat out there, I chose to jump inside.
