It has been so hot here the past few days that I haven't had the energy to ride. I don't think Lucy minds hanging out in her paddock all day and munching on grass, though. She has access to fresh cool water in her paddock but I've been hosing her off each day to help her cool down and she's picked up the funny habit of drinking from the hose. I've had horses who do this before, but she has never shown interest in it until this summer. I think she'd take the whole hose in her mouth if she could, but the nozzle is so large that it wouldn't fit.
She is too cute.
